Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks energetic RBTs for part-time ABA positions delivering one-on-one services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team.

Paid training is provided and same-day pay options are available to support our flexible schedule. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and able to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
• Experience with ABA is a plus but not required for all roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Engage families and foster a positive learning environment.
