Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Missouri is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

This role is part-time with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth. We offer Same Day Pay, paid training, and a supportive clinical team dedicated to helping children with Autism and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices, and engage with families to support progress.
