Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Missouri is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations, helping children reach goals with evidence-based interventions.

All positions start part-time with flexible hours and a potential 6-month commitment. We offer same-day pay, a supportive clinical team, training, and opportunities for BCBA supervision paths.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
