Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking qualified RBTs to join our team for part-time, long-term commitments (minimum 6 months). You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support skill-building and positive outcomes for children with autism.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, are pursuing or completed RBT certification, and demonstrate patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
