Heartland ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Gothenburg, NE.

You will be part of a clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans, and recording data. Paid training is provided; RBT certification is required before working. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling to support families.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
