Job summary

Heartland ABA in Gothenburg, NE, is seeking a dedicated In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in their homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based ABA interventions, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team to advance each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
