Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Demonstrated patience and compassion with children with Autism.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and communication.
• Record session data accurately using portable devices.
• Engage families and collaborate with the clinical team.
