Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings across Missouri. You will implement ABA-based interventions, collect progress data, and collaborate with a clinical team to adapt care plans. No prior experience?

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Serve as part of the clinical team and help implement care plans.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
