Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team supporting children with Autism in home or community settings. We offer flexible part-time schedules, same-day pay, and a supportive clinical team to help you grow.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, record session data, and collaborate with families and BCBA guidance. RBT certification required; high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
