Amaze ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans and help clients build communication and daily living skills in a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based strategies to support positive behavior change.
• Collect and document client progress data, accurately.
