Job summary

Upwards ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Central Denver. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a child in the home, school, or community setting, working with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and support communication, social, play, behavior, and daily living skills.

Compensation ranges from $25–$30/hour based on experience, location fit, and reliability, with consistent weekly client hours and BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to travel to Central Denver area on a consistent basis.
• Experience with children and ABA preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Strong reliability and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a child in home, school, or community.
• Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data during sessions.
• Support communication, social, play, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols.
• Communicate professionally with families, BCBAs, and clinical team.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
