Job summary

Dream Builders ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide compassionate, in-home, school, or clinic-based ABA therapy to children. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to support progress.

Applicants should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation. This role offers a schedule of M-F 2:30-5:30 PM in Hampton, VA, with potential local travel.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collecting and documenting data on client progress
• Collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
