Job summary

DreamBuilders ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Suffolk, VA team. This in-home role supports children with evidence-based ABA therapy under supervision by a BCBA.

You will collect progress data and help implement individualized treatment plans in a supportive, child-centered environment. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training and certification assistance, reliable transportation, and travel opportunities within the local area.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred; BA a plus.
• ABA experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
