Divine Steps Therapy provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism and Related Disorders. We are seeking compassionate individuals to help children achieve milestones through structured ABA programs, under the supervision of BCBA and experienced clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background screening and clearance.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• RBT Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA Therapy for children in home and community settings.
• Follow specific protocol and implement individualized ABA programs.
• Document client sessions by recording data and writing notes.
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
