Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC in Overland Park, KS is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under supervision and help implement BCBA-designed treatment plans.

We offer flexible schedules, a competitive pay range of $18–$23/hour, certification assistance, and opportunities for career advancement. A High School diploma is required, and traveling locally may be needed.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus.
• Must be able to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
