Great Gains ABA in Defuniak Springs, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and document client progress, collaborating with families to support success.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $17 - $23/hour
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Defuniak Springs, FL
