Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States seeks a Central Monitor II with RBQM and KRI review experience to support our RBQM-driven monitoring across multiple studies. You will participate in study setup and ongoing data review, leveraging data analytics tools to identify risks and ensure data quality within the Monitoring Plan.

You will train study teams, maintain documentation, and share findings with the study team and country/site leads, contributing to proactive risk management and timely actions

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CM experience.
• Willing to work in RBQM‑driven processes.
• Experience reviewing KRIs preferred.
• Cluepoints experience preferred.
• Supports setup and ongoing maintenance of the data analytical tool used for centralized monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Central Monitoring Lead in study-specific setup and ongoing maintenance of the data analytical tool used for centralized monitoring.
• RBM data analytical tool expert for conducting data risk review, risk and issue management.
• Participates in training of central and local study teams on RBQM and central monitoring processes.
• Performs centralized monitoring of study data and maintains oversight of study/country/site risk parameters according to the monitoring plan.
• Identifies data quality trends indicative of systematic errors and potential study/country/site performance issues.
• Communicates to study team members trends/findings and recommendations with regular status reports.
• Ensures proper documentation & archiving of instream data reviews, risk and issue management.
• Shares responsibility for data quality at study, country and site levels.
