Job summary

Restaurant Brands International (RBI) offers top-performing undergraduates a dynamic internship with real business challenges. You’ll be assigned a strategic project sponsored by senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital and more.

You’ll receive onboarding, mentorship, and opportunities for networking, with the potential for a full-time offer upon graduation. This on-site program emphasizes impact and growth within a fast-paced QSR industry.

Responsibilities

• Tackle strategic projects sponsored by senior leadership across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People, Procurement & more.
• Contribute to projects that influence guest experience, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
• Present findings and recommendations to department leaders at the end of the internship.

Onboarding

Start your summer with a dedicated orientation session alongside your fellow interns. Where you’ll get to dive head-first into our culture at RBI, learn more about our business, brands and strategic plans, and get some RBI-specific skills training to set you up for your summer ahead.

Project Ownership

You’ll be matched to a strategic project sponsored by senior leadership in areas like Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People, Procurement & more! These aren’t side projects. They’re high-impact, business-critical initiatives. Your ideas will help shape how we serve guests, grow revenue, and optimize operations.

Mentorship & Development

Throughout your internship, you’ll be assigned a buddy who’s been in your shoes as an intern, get regular coaching and feedback from your project manager, and have opportunities for networking through leadership lunch & learns and social events.

Final Presentation

To wrap up your internship, you’ll present your project findings and recommendations to your department and senior leadership — showcasing the strategy, results, and business impact of your work.

In-Office Schedule

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.
