Summary of Server Position:The Server is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service to ensure every guest has exceptional dining experience. Servers create a welcoming environment, guide guests through the menu, and anticipate guest needs throughout their visit. The primary goal is to deliver outstanding hospitality, so guests leave satisfied and excited to return again and again.Licensing Requirements:Valid Food Handlers CertificationValid Alcohol Service CertificationDuties & Responsibilities:Welcome and greet guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and receive attentive, personalized serviceInform guests of specials, promotions, menu items, ingredients, and menu changesMake guest focused recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoyAnswer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and servicesTake food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale systemDeliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely mannerConduct age verification for alcoholic service following ABC requirements and Company procedures at all timesManage guest liquor consumption effectively and in accordance with ABC requirements and Company proceduresMonitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
