Position: Part-Time

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Retail Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service, build strong client relationships, and meet sales targets. You should possess in-depth product knowledge, including latest trends and styles, and offer personalized recommendations.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure memorable shopping experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
• Display in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties, and optical add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships through in-store and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed sales targets via upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Support omnichannel customer service across all platforms.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Team-player, adaptable, respectful, and receptive to feedback.
• Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and workload management.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating a POS system.
• Luxury sales or eyewear industry experience.

Pay Range: 15.37 - 22.01
