Job summary

Sofidel America, a global tissue products manufacturer, is seeking a Raw Material Warehouse Operator to support raw material movements within warehouse and production areas. You will handle safe material movement, inventory transactions, and staging to align with production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to lift and move materials in a physically demanding environment.
• Experience with inventory or warehouse systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials within the warehouse and to production areas.
• Stage materials in accordance with production schedules and needs.
• Perform inventory transactions including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Inspect materials for damage and report issues to supervision.
• Follow all safety, quality and company procedures.
• Support warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and minimize downtime.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
