Job Summary

The Truck Dumper is responsible for keeping raw material trailers dumped in a safe and timely manner. This is a 3rd shift position.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensures a steady flow of raw material is dumped to maintain a consistent material mix.
• Cleans trailer after dumping to meet customer requirements.
• Positions each trailer in the holding lot for the next day's routes.
• Ensures the Bartlett lift tractor and dock area are clean after dumping.
• Performs general labor tasks related to facility operation.
• Maintains safety as the top priority following all safety rules and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating tractor and/or Bartlett lift tractor preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Good communication skills; able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment

Work is carried out in a production facility with exposure to high heat and/or cold temperatures.
