Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience in a similar role or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office helpful.

Responsibilities

• Counts and reconciles inventory daily and resolves discrepancies across production schedules.
• Collaborates with Scheduler to ensure raw materials availability for production and communicates changes.
• Liaise with Transportation to align deliveries with production and verify on-time materials.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental rules are followed in all activities.
• Review material specifications and changes for conformance and impact on production.
• Support qualification runs for new materials and coordinate with vendors and auditors.
