Job summary

Hankook Tire is seeking a Raw Material Control Specialist to supervise warehouse staff, manage material deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory control. The role oversees supplier coordination, stock integrity, and compliance with quality systems.

Core duties include training, scheduling, and audits, plus ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication with manufacturing and purchasing. This salaried exempt role requires a bachelor’s degree and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Education: Required bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Required 2+ years of related experience.
• Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Administer direct supervisory responsibility for raw material warehouse personnel, including training, evaluations, scheduling, and promotions.
• Comply with and support EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and conduct training for warehouse operations.
• Manage the inventory of all materials in the raw material warehouse.
• Conduct monthly meetings with key personnel for raw materials planning.
• Maintain proficiency in operation and troubleshooting of ASR systems in RMW areas.
• Receive delivered materials and stock them properly in the warehouse.
