This individual will oversee the raw material and supplier qualification programs for ADM’s North American Health and Wellness division, building a centralized, accessible process across all sites that considers multiple compliance requirements.

Major Accountabilities

• Create and modify procedures for raw material and supplier qualification, including review frequency, success criteria, and information management.
• Maintain a centralized database for qualification information.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Monitor industry changes impacting raw material or supplier qualification.
• Evaluate qualification acceptance against certification and regulatory standards per site requirements.
• Coordinate and perform supplier audits, including qualification audits as needed.
• Manage supplier scorecards, defining success and failure criteria.
• Evaluate new and alternative raw materials for food safety, FSVP compliance, and other procedures.
• Oversee co-manufacturing relationships and the NA FSVP program.
• Perform on-site food safety and quality audits of vendors.

Minimum Education: High School/GED; Bachelor’s in Food Science, Biology, or related field preferred.

Experience: 5+ years in CFR 111 or 117 compliant facilities in Quality or Supply Chain; auditing experience preferred.

Skills: Knowledge of FDA regulations (FSMA, HARPC, HACCP), food safety, risk assessment, leadership, analytical skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, ERP, QMS, and report writing. Must possess a valid US driver’s license.

Compensation ranges from $70,400 to $131,300 annually, including bonuses. The role is full-time, mid-senior level, in Kennesaw, GA, with a focus on quality assurance.
