Job summary

CW Resources is hiring a Ration Clerk at the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center dining facility to ensure inventory control and smooth food service operations. You will manage stock, receive deliveries, and coordinate with kitchen staff to meet supply needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in inventory or food service, valid Real ID, and ability to obtain base access. We offer ServSafe training and a supportive, mission-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory control, food service operations, or supply coordination.
• Experience working in a food service, dining facility, warehouse, stockroom, or similar environment.
• Valid Real ID and ability to obtain government base access.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records of food inventory and ensure all items are accounted for.
• Receive deliveries, check shipments against purchase orders, and verify accuracy.
• Organize and store supplies, rotating perishable items using FIFO methods.
• Distribute supplies to the right departments and maintain clean storage areas.
• Prepare inventory and usage reports for management.
• Coordinate with vendors, kitchen staff, and internal teams to meet supply needs.
