Job summary

Catapult Solutions Group is seeking a Rates Analyst for a Nashville-based, hybrid role within a well-established law firm. You will coordinate and implement firmwide billing rates, working with the Financial Pricing Team, Rates Team, and billing specialists to ensure accurate rate administration.

Key requirements include Excel proficiency, experience with Aderant or Elite tools, and prior experience as a Rates Coordinator. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Job Description

We’re seeking Rates Analysts to handle the coordination and implementation of firmwide billing rates for the Firm's clients and matters. This role works closely with the Financial Pricing Team, the Rates Team, legal practice coordinators, and billing specialists to ensure accurate and timely rate administration.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Administering and maintaining the Clients and Matters areas of the firm's financial system (Aderant Expert)
• Implementing special fee arrangements for clients and matters, including rate sets, individual rates, and various rate combinations

Required Experience/Skills

• Strong curiosity and interest in learning
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively follow direction when needed
• Exceptional Excel skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Aderant or Elite tools experience
• A few years in a Rates Coordinator role

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment

Education
