Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s in Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
• Relevant coursework in chemistry, metallurgy, mineral processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to collect, analyze, and communicate technical data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support lab and pilot-scale experiments on rare earth processes.
• Assist with experimental design, sample prep, testing, data collection.
• Support pilot plant operations: setup, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Perform mass balance calculations and analyze process data.
• Assist with SOPs, test plans, technical reports, and docs.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operations staff.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
