Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Indiana is seeking an Area Business Manager to own territory strategy, engage HCPs, and drive access in a complex rare disease landscape. You will partner with regional teams to deliver education on product safety and efficacy while meeting or exceeding territory goals.

Travel up to 80% is required; you will build cross-functional partnerships and stay ahead of market trends to support patients and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences preferred.
• Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales or specialty sales.
• Experience with KOLs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Report to Regional Business Leader and own territory strategy.
• Build relationships with HCPs and care teams to support patient therapy.
• Educate on product safety/efficacy and deliver MLR-approved content.
• Plan and execute territory plans to exceed goals and budget targets.
• Engage KOLs and stakeholders to further access and outcomes.
• Analyze sales potential and optimize outreach within compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patients/providers.
