Job summary

Wipro Limited in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Quick Turn Program Manager to drive Speed of Light execution for NPI boards and system assemblies with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 7+ years in contract manufacturing, a BS in Operations or related field, and strong leadership. Proficiency in SAP, MRP, and Excel is essential; travel may be required. Excellent English is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Contract Manufacturing or Production planning.
• Bachelor of Science in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to function independently in a fast paced environment.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, problem solving & project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, MRP; Excel macros a plus.
• Excellent English reading, writing, speaking & listening.

Responsibilities

• Drive SOL execution at Contract Manufacturers to deliver zero defects for NPI boards and assemblies.
• Champion continuous improvement at CM to reduce waste.
• Lead CM readiness and production ramp or new product launch; improve DGR and delivery reliability.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and build/ready-to-build processes; manage QT/MP/Builds locally and overseas.
• Attend daily WIP calls; provide updates to BPM/requestors.
• Create SCARs and drive closure; monitor 8D and OTJ metrics; maintain asset lists.
