Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
• Experience: Minimum of two years staff experience.
• Licensure: Current Michigan RN License.
• Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• The rapid response team RN demonstrates proficiency with complex patients within the unit's scope and mentors newer staff to promote patient safety.
• Provides quality patient-centered care using the nursing process and relationship-based care.
