Job summary

The Methodist Children's Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Rapid Response Team. The RN will advocate for patients and families and deliver safe, evidence-based care, coordinating with the care team to improve outcomes.

Requirements include RN licensure with an Associate, BSN, or Diploma, BCLS within 30 days, PALS within 90 days, and at least 3 years of acute care experience. No travel is required.

Qualifications

• RN with Associate, Bachelors, or RN Diploma
• BCLS within 30 days of start date
• PALS within 90 days of start date
• 3 years RN Acute Care experience

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients and families and deliver nursing care following the nursing process
• Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality outcomes
• Demonstrate teamwork, leadership, and professionalism in alignment with hospital goals
• Ensure care delivery adheres to Texas Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
