You will partner with physicians and bedside teams during emergent events, including codes and sepsis alerts, while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Respond to patient deterioration across acute care units by performing rapid clinical assessments and initiating life‑saving interventions. Provide clinical coaching to unit nursing staff and ensure adherence to evidence‑based protocols.
