Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, MA is hiring a Rapid Response PM Coordinator to plan, develop and coordinate the operation of the Rapid Response Unit during evening shifts. You will work with the Clinical Manager to ensure high-quality laboratory services with accurate, timely data for diagnosis and treatment.
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology and MT/MLT (ASCP) certification, with 3–5 years of related experience.

Join a team where your expertise drives diagnosis, innovation, and teaching. As a key member of our clinical laboratory, in collaboration with the Clinical Manager, you will plan, develop, organize, and coordinate the operation of the Rapid Response Unit during off shifts to contribute to meeting the SPHS mission, as well as federal, state, and professional and/or accrediting agencies. Coordinates the assigned clinical laboratory section activities.
Participates in Human Resource issues involving scheduling staff and maintaining lines of communication with other managers, staff and clients. Accurately performs and reports a wide range of routine and complex analyses in order to provide data which will assist the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

32 hours, Evening Shifts, every 4th weekend; holiday rotation
$30.10 - $48.15
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
