Job summary

Qualifications

• Current California RN license required.
• 5–7 years ICU/ER experience with strong critical care skills.
• CCR N, CEN, or TNCC certification within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Rapid Response and emergency calls throughout the hospital.
• Assess deteriorating patients rapidly and initiate critical interventions.
• Collaborate with care team to stabilize patients and plan next steps.
• Apply ICU/ER-level clinical judgment in high-pressure situations.
