Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology from an accredited college/university.
• MT‑ASCP or equivalent certification offered by a professional society, or eligible to take within first year.
• New grads welcome; experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform and report routine and highly complex analyses across multiple lab sections.
• Ensure operation of analyzers and equipment by calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting; manage inventories.
• Contribute to patient diagnosis, treatment decisions, and clinical outcomes through accurate lab work.
