Responsibilities

• Performs EMT duties identifying and treating trauma and medical emergencies using emergency medicine techniques.
• Performs a range of diagnostic support duties applying knowledge of major body systems to provide patient care and appropriateHandling.
• Assists with moving, lifting, and carrying patients to emergency vehicles and treatment facilities; conducts safety and maintenance checks on vehicles/equipment.
• Conducts complete assessments using advanced knowledge of anatomy and emergency medical techniques.
