Panda Exteriors is seeking motivated individuals to join a leadership development program in Charlotte, NC. No experience required — we'll teach you everything you need to succeed and grow into leadership roles.

You'll earn base pay plus uncapped incentives ranging from $60,000 to $90,000+ in the first year, with paid training, mentorship, and a clear path into sales and management within 6–12 months. A fast-paced, team-oriented culture rewards performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and walk throughout the day.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation to our North Carolina home base in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Represent Panda Exteriors in local communities.
• Speak with homeowners about roofing, windows, siding, and solar services.
• Schedule free, no-obligation inspections — no high-pressure selling.
