Job summary

Panda Exteriors is seeking motivated individuals to join a leadership development program in Laurel, MD. No experience? No problem—training is provided and advancement into sales and management is expected within 6–12 months.

Base pay plus uncapped incentives offer a first-year potential of $60,000–$90,000+ based on performance. Candidates should be competitive, coachable, and comfortable speaking with homeowners about roofing, windows, siding, and solar services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk throughout the day.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation to our Maryland home base in Laurel, MD
