Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking a Manual Machine Operator in Jeannette, PA. You will set up and operate a range of machines from drawings and work orders, performing turning, milling, drilling, and grinding with CNC wire EDM and conventional tools.

You will inspect parts, document measurements, and assist with fixture/tool creation while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The role requires willingness to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays, with prior manufacturing experience

Qualifications

• Experience operating a variety of machine tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and work from drawings and work orders.
• Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines with tools, stops, feeds and speeds per instructions.
• Perform turning, boring, milling, drilling, tapping, sawing, grinding as needed.
• Operate CNC wire EDM, vertical mills and lathes safely and accurately.
• Check parts with measuring devices and stamp identification on components.
• Dismantle, repair and reassemble production equipment where possible.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace and follow all safety rules.
