T. Rowe Price is seeking a Rapid Insights Data Analyst to empower the II business with fast, data-driven decisions. You will intake requests, prioritize, analyze quickly with SQL/Python, and translate results into clear, business-ready insights.

Build dashboards, define KPIs, and partner with Analytics Engineering to scale durable solutions. The role offers hybrid work with up to one day per week from home, and requires collaboration with stakeholders to deliver timely, actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Operations Management, Statistics, CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Python and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Intake, triage, and prioritize business questions with stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI/Tableau.
• Perform descriptive and diagnostic analyses using SQL and Python.
• Define KPIs and communicate insights to leadership.
• Prototype analyses rapidly to test value and inform decisions.
