Scentsy Inc is seeking a Content Creator to produce a high volume of quick-turn short-form videos, built on current platform formats and trends, with a focus on graphic design. Work in-office with fast turnarounds and collaborate with the Content Creation/Creative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of social content creation experience.
• Portfolio of short-form social video showing platforms trends.
• Fluency in TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and fast trend execution.
• Strong editing and graphic design skills with mobile-first tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce 3–4 quick-turn reels per week and simple video content.
• Concept, film, and edit short-form video with graphic design elements.
• Monitor platform trends daily and translate into campaigns.
• Maintain a posting-ready cadence for active social channels.
• Collaborate with marketing/social teams for campaigns and launches.
• Run reports on top-performing formats and iterate with the manager.
