Spotter Labs Inc is seeking a talented Content Video Editor to transform scripts into compelling short-form video ads for TikTok, Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. This role focuses on editing, motion graphics, and bringing concepts to life with engaging visuals.

You will collaborate with a creative team to ensure polished videos that align with brand and marketing goals, staying ahead of trends and delivering high-quality content on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio.
• Experience creating short-form content and video advertisements.
• Experience with Morioka-style design, 3D animation, and modern SaaS-style animations is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, transitions, subtitles, and sound design.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong creative eye.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form video ads for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Transform scripts and creative concepts into polished, high-performing videos.
• Add captions, motion graphics, animations, sound effects, music, and visual effects.
• Source and incorporate stock footage, AI-generated assets, and other creative materials when needed.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and advertising formats.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, designers, and other creative team members throughout the production process.
• Stay up to date with editing trends, viral content formats, and emerging creative techniques.
• Manage multiple editing projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
