Job summary

GloFX, a Tallahassee-based producer of EDM accessories, is seeking a high-tempo Production Specialist to join a tight-knit team. The role focuses on fast, precise assembly, packing, and shipping of a diverse product line while upholding quality and efficiency standards.

You’ll work closely with Production Supervisors and the Fulfillment Coordinator to maintain teamwork, speed, and accuracy, thriving in a hands-on, detail-oriented environment and contributing to ongoing improvements in workflows

Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic proficiency required.
• Proficient with computer and Microsoft/Google apps.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lb.
• Self-motivated and capable in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and responsive communication.
• Strong motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
• Efficient time management and prioritization.
• Systematic, process-driven approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and pack a wide range of products at high speed.
• Maintain strict quality inspection processes.
• Set up and organize daily workflows and tasks.
• Pick and organize inventory for production projects.
• Prepare shipments for fulfillment centers (e.g., Amazon).
• Communicate statuses and issues with Production/Shipping teams.
• Maintain target defect rates and production volumes.
• Support leadership in process improvements within the department.
• Assist with monthly inventory organization and counting.
