Chase’s Transformation Office is building a rapid prototyping capability that turns recommendations into working solutions fast. If you’re a builder who can embed in client engagements, translate business challenges into tested prototypes, you’ll help advance AI-first initiatives in days, not months.

As a Senior Process Improvement Associate, you will create hands-on prototypes, frame problems, and collaborate with Product and Technology to deliver validated proof points.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on ability to build — written code or shipped systems.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot) to deliver real working outputs.
• Strong technical acumen: work credibly with engineers, understand modern software delivery, and reason about architecture, data, and integration.
• Business fluency — understand a business problem, frame it, and translate it into a solution for stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to make emerging concepts concrete for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and resourcefulness to bootstrap from incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Prototype hands-on alongside engagement teams — rapid discovery, iterative build, collaborative validation, and structured handoff to Product and Tech for production.
• Frame the problem, map the constraints, and build the thing that proves the path forward.
• Show practitioners and clients how to build and migrate to AI-first solutions, grounded in firm‑prescribed facilities, controls, and guardrails.
• Capture institutional knowledge, business rules, and decision logic into durable assets that persist beyond the engagement.
• Connect engagement needs to the firm's AI product teams and platforms, helping clients land on the right approved tooling.
• Recognize that a prototype is valuable only if the organization can adopt it; consider change management and human capital impact from the start.
