About the Role:

We are seeking a Personal Care Worker (PCW) - Social Support Team Leader (previously known as Recreational Activities Officer (RAO)) to join our team on a part-time basis.

You will be based at our St Ives home, located at 97 Killeaton Street, St Ives NSW 2075.

We're looking for enthusiastic candidates who have a positive attitude and a passion for working with aged people. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading aged care provider that offers a rewarding career and a supportive environment.

To be successful, we're looking for someone:

• Experience in dementia-specific care (desirable)
• Previous experience as a Recreational Activities Officer or a Lifestyle Officer
• Energetic and strives for excellence in customer service
• Has a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure, or Health and Recreation
• Effective communication and computer documentation skills
• Passionate and genuine care for the elderly
• Extensive experience (desirable)
