Benesch Law in Cleveland seeks a Rankings & Directories Specialist to manage end-to-end submissions for legal directories, rankings and awards, including Chambers and The Legal 500. You will coordinate with attorneys and practice groups, craft narratives and biographies, and ensure timely submissions.
You will track results, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing and BD to promote rankings.

Do you have experience with rankings submissions and enjoy owning the end‑to‑end process? We are seeking a Rankings & Directories Specialist to support legal rankings, directories, awards and survey submissions, ensuring Benesch receives national recognition. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who can manage the full lifecycle of submissions, coordinate stakeholders, and produce compelling content.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, public relations or a related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm. Experience supporting legal rankings, directories, awards or survey submissions is strongly preferred. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills; strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases and project tracking tools.
Exceptional writer who distills complex legal matters into clear, persuasive submissions. Highly organized, deadline‑driven, detail‑oriented and proactive with a strong commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
Salary range: $70,000 – $88,000 per year. Full‑time positions may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
