Essential Responsibilities
  • Open the practice facility each morning — set hitting stations, rotate mats and turf, position targets, and confirm the range is ready before the first player arrives.
  • Collect, wash, and restock range balls throughout the day, keeping the dispenser and ball stations full during peak periods.
  • Operate the range picker and utility vehicles safely, staying aware of players on the tee line and adjacent play at all times.
  • Maintain rental and demo clubs, keeping racks orderly, clean, and complete.
  • Set up and break down the short game area, practice green, and bunker, including tending flagsticks, rakes, and alignment aids.

  • Support Player Development programming — set up for clinics, junior programs, group lessons, and instruction as directed.
  • Prepare the range for tournaments and events, including the Club Championship, Member-Guest, outings, and corporate golf, with pre-set warm-up stations and staged range balls.
