Job summary

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in ranch work.
  • Ability to tackle unique projects with practical problem solving.
  • Comfort working outdoors in all elements.
  • Capable of lifting 75+ pounds and handling 45–55 hours per week.
  • Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Perform ranch maintenance tasks: fix cabin issues, maintain employee housing, carpentry projects, and general handyman work.
  • Operate equipment and vehicles (chainsaw, lawn mowing, tractors) and assist with truck/ trailer duties.
  • Support other departments as needed, including guest shuttling and kitchen/dining help.
  • Lead by example with core values and mission, and assist in seasonal team leadership.
  • Participate in ranch meetings and training sessions to improve communication.
