Job summary

H2ajobs is seeking a farm worker to care for cattle and other livestock on a live farm. You will feed, water, herd, graze, and handle animals, while maintaining records and assisting with health care and births.

Responsibilities include maintaining housing areas, moving livestock, and ensuring facilities are safe and clean. A valid driver's license is required after hire, and workers may undergo random drug testing.

Qualifications

• 1 month of recent and verifiable experience required for the listed duties.
• Must be able to obtain a driver's license after hire and maintain a clean driving record.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Random drug test may be required after hire and may lead to termination if failed.

Responsibilities

• Attend to live farm and ranch animals, including cattle.
• Feed, water, herd, graze, castrate, brand, catch, and load animals as needed.
• Maintain records on animals and examine them for diseases or injuries.
• Assist in birth deliveries and administer medications or vaccines as appropriate.
